This Is Me or You Letting Go:        

There’s no speech.   There is no final explantion and no last attempt to be understood.  Just a quiet decision that doesn't need to be announced.  

I'm not letting go because I stopped caring. I'm letting go because I finally started caring about myself more. There is no anger or blame.  Just clarity that arrived when I stopped arguing with what was right in front of me.  This isn't dramatic or loud.  It is just done.                     

“You don’t always get closure. Sometimes you just get clarity.”

“Sometimes the answer isn’t harsh. It’s just quiet. And that’s enough.”

“He didn’t lose me. He just met the version of me that doesn’t wait anymore.”
